We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented
Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in
design & build projects to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate combines creative vision with technical expertise, understands the UAE market, and can deliver high‑quality interior solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities - Concept Development Create innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space‑planning solutions aligned with client requirements and Dubai’s design trends.
- Design Documentation Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, material boards, and full technical packages (layouts, joinery details, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Client Engagement Lead client presentations, gather requirements, and translate feedback into refined design solutions.
- Project Coordination Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
- Material & Vendor Management Source materials, finishes, and furniture from local and international suppliers; maintain strong vendor relationships within the UAE market.
- Site Supervision Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve design‑related issues during construction.
- Budget & Timeline Management Support cost estimation, BOQs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
- Compliance & Standards Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, DCD requirements, and relevant building codes.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in design & build, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V‑Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing in Dubai.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred Experience - Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit‑out projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and modern construction methods.
- Familiarity with Dubai design trends, luxury finishes, and high‑end project delivery.
