Job Description:
. Strategic Foresight Development: Conduct foresight studies, including trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning, to identify emerging trends and disruptions. Develop strategic recommendations to address potential opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with leadership to integrate foresight insights into the strategic planning process. 2. Contribution to Strategic Planning: Provide foresight-driven insights to inform the development and enhancement of the organization's strategic plan. Ensure alignment between foresight findings and the organizationâs vision, mission, and long-term objectives. Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives based on emerging trends and future scenarios. . Research and Analysis: Monitor global, regional, and industry-specific developments, providing reports and insights that align with the organizationâs strategic priorities. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify long-term implications and develop actionable insights. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders to build a foresight culture. Engage stakeholders in scenario development, risk assessment, and strategy alignment discussions. . Foresight Reporting and Communication: Prepare foresight reports, policy briefs, and white papers to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Use storytelling and visualization techniques to present complex future scenarios in an accessible and engaging manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience/Skills:
Min 4 years of experience out of which 2 years in future foresight role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Admin.
