Senior Executor of Case Request

• Receiving the parties to the case and responding to their inquiries with a commitment to restraint and complete confidentiality.
• Registering the requests of the parties to traffic cases (the accused - sponsor - witness - lawyer - relatives of the accused) or their agents and transferring them to the dedicated authority.
• Register the attorneys in the program and send a copy of the power of attorney to the location of the file to attach to the case file.
• Linking attorney agencies and transferring applications through the website to the competent prosecutor.
• Register the entry of the parties to traffic cases (the accused - sponsor - witness - lawyer - relatives of the accused) or their agents in the program of interviews of prosecutors.
• Executing requests for To Whom It May Concern certificates of all kinds based on the documents and documents contained in the traffic case file.
• Registration and implementation of the request for renewal of the passports of the parties to the traffic case (the accused - the sponsor) to the administrative services of the Public Prosecution.
• Implementation of sponsorship procedures Seizure of documents (passports) for parties to traffic cases based on the instructions of the judicial authorities.
