JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer - Construction (AWP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Operate as a part of a team of Advance Work Packaging professionals in the preparation of Construction, and/or Installation Work Packages. Coordinates with construction, fabricators and subcontractors on the Installation Work Packages preparation and implementation.

·Developing Work Packages with all the details required for its execution (engineering deliverables, materials, resources, constraints, safety, and quality control measures).

·Ensure data required to build work packages is available and accurate, in coordination with Engineering and Supply Chain departments.

·Ensure proper execution of AWP procedures and practices on the project.

·Analysing the project design documents to determine the scope and requirements of the work.

·Prepare weekly reports that monitor the packages drawings IFC dates and material delivery status.

·Maintain a sufficient backlog of approved CWPs and/or IWPs.

·Work with Document Control to establish EWP / CWP / IWPs document ties.

·Monitor and update the life Cycle of the CWP and/or IWPs.

·Maintain the Change Management process in the packaging program.

·Review work packages (CWPs and /or IWPs) to release for construction.

·Work with the project planner, and Construction Engineer to ensure work packages alignment in accordance with path of construction.

·Coordinate with other AWP engineers from other disciplines to ensure logical execution sequence.

·Providing leadership, and guidance to the AWP team, including training, and mentoring of junior team members.

·Leads the construction subcontractors / fabricators on the IWP implementation:
