About The Role

You will work within a fastpaced, multisector team (Energy, Industrials, Financial Services, TMT, Public Sector), known for its resilience, entrepreneurial mindset and strong collaborative culture.


What You’ll Do


Deliver to Clients


  • Lead delivery of highquality work across multisector clients.


  • Build trusted daytoday client relationships and provide strategic counsel.


  • Manage client portfolios with a focus on retention and exemplary service.


  • Analyse regulatory and institutional issues to develop tailored strategic advice.


  • Oversee client servicing teams and ensure smooth project execution.


  • Drive and support new business pursuits.


  • Maintain and grow strong media relationships.


  • Seek opportunities to expand client relationships and crosssell firm capabilities.


  • Champion FTI’s values, ethics, and crosspractice collaboration.


Build the Business


  • Drive new business opportunities and convert leads into profitable engagements.


  • Collaborate with senior peers on pitch preparation and delivery.


  • Expand your portfolio through both organic and firmwide growth.


Team Involvement


  • Provide project line management and mentor junior colleagues.


  • Share knowledge and insights across the team and broader Strategic Communications practice.


  • Develop strong internal networks across FTI’s global platform.


How You’ll Grow


You’ll contribute to the team’s broader growth while expanding your own expertise across public affairs, investor relations, crisis management and market entry. Development opportunities include:


  • Contributing to new business research and pitch development


  • Bringing fresh ideas to team marketing efforts


  • Expanding media, industry and client networks


  • Participating in weekly team meetings


  • Collaborating across practices and deepening firmwide relationships

What You Will Need to Succeed


Basic Qualifications


  • Strong academic background


  • At least 7 years’ experience inhouse, consultancy, public institution, research body or similar


  • Deep understanding of the communications landscape and strong media network


  • Proven skills in digital campaigns, corporate communications and reputation management


  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (management, regulators, media etc.)


  • Experience with public sector and/or financial services clients beneficial


  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication abilities


  • Attention to detail, adaptability and teamfirst mindset


Preferred Qualifications


  • Demonstrated experience coaching junior colleagues


  • Experience managing multimarket or multistakeholder communication programmes
