MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To manage the Cabin licensing and regulatory documentation procedures in compliance with GCAA and flydubai standards and requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates or modifies cabin crew profiles on GCAA licensing system, ensuring compliance with GCAA requirements during the application and submission of Cabin Operations and Crew documentation.
  • Maintains records and databases containing pertinent information related to safety and compliance.
  • Prepares reports and presentations with statistical data to present to department management, facilitating observation and assessment of compliance.
  • Addresses inquiries, concerns, and requests from cabin crew regarding licensing, aeromedical, and Crew Member Certificates (CMC) requirements.
  • Establishes and manages archived folders containing all related regulatory documentation.
  • Delivers timely updates to team, management, crew members and GCAA on issues concerning cabin crew licensing, aeromedical requirements and standards.
  • Organizes, develops and implements administrative processes required to facilitate the upgrade of cabin crew to senior cabin crew.
  • Serves as the primary contact within the Inflight Operations department for IT and department management concerning all aspects of Information Security Regulation (ISR).
  • Reviews documentation for GCAA submission, conducts regular analyses, and follows up with crew members to ensure currency of documents.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
