Position Overview:


We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Project Manager to lead the delivery of retail software integration and managed services projects across the fuel and convenience retail sector.


In this role, you'll work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives, service commitments, and customer expectations. You'll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets. 


Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of software integration and managed services projects.  
  • Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. 
  • Collaborating with development, consulting, managed services, and customer teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 
  • Facilitating requirements gathering, project planning, prioritization, and change management activities. 
  • Building strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies. 
  • Supporting resource planning, effort estimation, forecasting, and delivery assurance activities. 
  • Contributing to proposals by providing project delivery, scope, effort, and commercial input. 
  • Ensuring services and deliverables are delivered in line with agreed standards and service-level commitments. 

Qualifications:

Essential


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 
  • 6–8 years of experience in project and service management, ideally within retail technology, fuel retail, convenience retail, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience managing software delivery, systems integration, or managed services projects. 
  • Strong understanding of retail technology solutions, including POS, back-office systems, payments, and related integrations. 
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. 
  • Knowledge of service delivery models, SLAs, and project financial management. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Professional business English, written and spoken. 

Desired


  • Arabic language skills. 
  • Experience supporting bids, proposals, or pre-sales activities. 
  • Project portfolio experience within the retail sector.
