Senior Appointed Person — Lifting Operations

Job Summary:
As a Senior Appointed Person for Lifting Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on site to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
- Conducting site surveys and risk assessments prior to any lifting operations.
- Planning and coordinating lifting activities in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Selecting appropriate lifting equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Providing guidance and supervision to the lifting team during operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all lifting activities and inspections.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointed Person for Lifting Operations.
- Certification as an Appointed Person (lifting operations) or similar relevant qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to lifting operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
