Job Description
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities according to approved drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards before and after use.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all scaffolding work complies with company policies, OSHA, and other regulatory safety standards.
  • Assist in the rigging and lifting of materials and equipment as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of scaffolding inspections and any safety incidents.
  • Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Perform general labor duties related to construction activities when required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, ITI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications.
  • Physically fit and capable of working at heights for extended periods.
