Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SFSF ECP (SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with HR teams to understand their payroll processes and ensure that payroll systems are configured to meet their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP solutions to align with client payroll requirements.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for payroll processing.
Conduct system testing, provide user training, and support end-users during the implementation phase.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and changes in regulations that may impact payroll compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation for all configurations, processes, and procedures related to ECP payroll.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practices in the SAP environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules is preferred.
SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus.
