🧠 We're Hiring – Sales Supervisor (UAE Market Experience Required)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead a field sales team and oversee operations within the UAE.

📍 Location: UAE

🕒 Full-time | Immediate Hiring | Supervisory Role

Skills

✅ Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Active residency visa (6+ months)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE market
  • Strong command of English
  • Arabic or Hindi is a bonus
  • Experience in food/FMCG product sales & distribution is a major plus
  • Team leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team
  • Ensure market coverage and achieve monthly targets
  • Support logistics and distribution planning
  • Report to management with field updates and performance
