Whatyou’lldo:



With your background in customer service, sales,and RFP preparation,you’llbe able to provide critical support to our sales team and our overall business success. Youwillbe responsible forsupporting theSales team by creating RFP responsesandproposals andmaintainingthe CRM system. This position may require occasionaltravel as well asevening and weekend hours. You will:



  • Underperiodicsupervision, this positionis responsible forsupporting theSales team by creating RFP responses, proposal creation, quoting,andmaintainingthe CRM system at anentry-level. Tasks are primarily routine in nature and provide efficiency gains tothe larger functional organization.



  • As a member ofalarger team,takesdirection from outside Sales, Engineering, Logistics,andhigher-levelAssociatesin order tocomplete tasks and achieveobjectives.



  • Interfaces with team members to solve defined, routine day-to-day issues.



  • Work in a team responsible for sales quotations, CRM data integrity, and coordinating Tasks for Engineering.  TheSales Operations Specialist IIsupports Outside Sales and is the liaison between Outside Sales/Customers and internal stakeholders



  • Participate in weekly meetings with their Sales counterparts to manage priorities and ensure deadlines are met for customer quotations



  • Coordinate with Civil Engineering, Applications Engineering, Logistics, Service, and Procurement teams in-house and in the field tofacilitateaccurateutility-scaleprojectquotations.



  • Review RFPs and create RFP response Tasks for Sales, Engineering, and Logistics



  • Prompt response to Sales and customer emails or phone inquiries



  • Enhances relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion



  • Maintain CRM system data integrity



  • Review Sales proposals to ensure all client information is correct



  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend Sales events or exhibits



  • Register spare parts sales order into SAP




  • Other duties as assigned



The qualifications you must have:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience



  • 3+ years working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe software



  • 1+ yearofexperience in sales, sales support, or customer service



  • 1+ year of experience sales quoting and contractual pricing



  • 1+yearexperiencewithsales RFP and proposal creation



Our preferred qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree ina business discipline



  • Basic familiarity with the solar or renewables industry



  • Experience withSalesforce and SAP



  • Strongcommunication,organizational,math,and analytical skills



  • Proficiencyspeaking, reading, writing,and understandingEnglish.



  • Proficiencywith a second language



  • Self-motivatedand detail-oriented with commitment to customer service



  • Ability to work across multiple organizations in afast-paced, smaller companyenvironment.



  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently




  • High levelof integrity and work ethic
