You will report into the Sales Operations Manager-MEA. The Sales Operations Lead is a regional role based in Dubai, supporting Bridgestone’s entities across the Middle East and Africa. The position works closely with Sales Managers, HQ Pricing, and the Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) teams to ensure the effective deployment of sales strategies that align with the company’s core values and profitability goals. The role is responsible for coordinating order collection and shipment execution, supporting forecasting activities, and preparing internal business review meetings. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager ensures proper implementation of company processes and monitors local sales performance to drive operational efficiency and commercial success across the region.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, Other Certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Economics.
• Certification in Sales Operations, Project Management is an advantage.
• Advanced training in Data Analytics, Forecasting, or CRM systems preferred.
Experience (Years)
• 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, or commercial management roles.
• Proven track record in forecasting, order management, and process implementation within a regional or multinational environment.
• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is desirable.
Technical Skills
• Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools.
• Excellent understanding of forecasting models, demand planning, and sales analysis.
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional operational processes.
Language Skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
