DAEJU Trading L.L.C S.O.C is the Middle East and Africa regional division of DAEJU Control Co., Ltd., a Korean manufacturer of engineered valve and actuation solutions established in 1985. We hold 24+ completed Africa project references since 2012 and are expanding our direct regional sales team from our Dubai office.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to independently develop and grow our customer base across Africa and the Middle East. This is a revenue-generating role — you are expected to bring existing industry relationships and drive RFQs through to commercial close without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Products: Control Valves, ESDV/SDV Packages, Actuated Valves, Pneumatic Actuators, Instrumentation Valves, Desuperheaters, Manual Valves, Industrial Pumps, Pipeline Materials & Fittings
Compensation:
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: Dubai, UAE (with regional travel as required)
Note: The Company does not provide UAE visa sponsorship.
Applicants must hold a valid UAE work visa or be able to obtain one independently.
Business Administration
1.Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in valves, actuation, pumps, or related industrial equipment
2.Active and verifiable customer network in African or Middle East oil & gas, EPC, or petrochemical sectors
3.Proven track record of independently generating RFQs and closing orders
4.Knowledge of API, ISO, and NACE product standards for valve and actuation equipment
5.Experience with vendor registration processes at major NOCs or oil companies
6.Familiarity with African energy project landscape (LNG, gas, refinery, pipeline)
7.Fluent English — Arabic is an advantage
8.Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently without close supervision
9.Experience working with Korean manufacturers or Korean EPC contractors is a strong advantage
