DAEJU Trading L.L.C S.O.C is the Middle East and Africa regional division of DAEJU Control Co., Ltd., a Korean manufacturer of engineered valve and actuation solutions established in 1985. We hold 24+ completed Africa project references since 2012 and are expanding our direct regional sales team from our Dubai office.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to independently develop and grow our customer base across Africa and the Middle East. This is a revenue-generating role — you are expected to bring existing industry relationships and drive RFQs through to commercial close without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage NOCs, operators, EPC contractors, and industrial end-users across Africa and the Middle East
  • Build a structured sales pipeline with documented customer engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact → RFQ → technical offer → commercial offer → order award
  • Leverage relationships with Korean EPC contractors active in Africa (Samsung C&T, Hyundai Engineering, Daewoo E&C)
  • Identify and complete vendor registration processes at target accounts
  • Coordinate with DAEJU Control's Korea technical team for proposal and offer preparation
  • Submit daily activity logs and weekly sales reports to management

Products: Control Valves, ESDV/SDV Packages, Actuated Valves, Pneumatic Actuators, Instrumentation Valves, Desuperheaters, Manual Valves, Industrial Pumps, Pipeline Materials & Fittings

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Commission on Net Sales Value
  • Contract: 3 months with performance review, leading to permanent for strong candidates

Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Location: Dubai, UAE (with regional travel as required)
