Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.
• Floral design or event planning certificates are a plus.
Sales & Business Skills
• Strong skills in B2C and B2B sales, upselling, and customer retention.
• Knowledge of POS systems, sales funnels, and CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce).
• Ability to develop seasonal sales strategies (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Eid, weddings).
Leadership Skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a retail sales team.
• Skilled in setting KPI targets and implementing performance monitoring tools.
• Capable of handling inventory & product rotation planning with logistics teams.
Customer Excellence
• Dubai-standard knowledge of luxury service, complaint resolution, and clienteling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in floral or luxury goods.
• Proven experience managing a sales team and meeting monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales goals in a retail or floral environment.
• Experience handling key accounts or VIP clients in the UAE market.
• Understanding of Dubai consumer behavior and seasonal buying trends.
Communication:
Fluent in English and Russian
Excellent written and spoken communication for dealing VIP and corporate clients
Tech & Social Media:
Comfortable working wit CRM, WhatsApp Business,Instagram DMs and online order platforms
Experience working with online floristry platforms(like floward) is a bonus
