Job description

Key Accounts Manager | oil and Gas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients within the oil and gas industry, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the upstream, midstream, or downstream segments. Build strong relationships with procurement, engineering, and project teams.
  • Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of oil & gas industry trends, challenges, and competitors. Translate client challenges into tailored commercial solutions.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract discussions, including pricing, terms & conditions, and delivery schedules, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, product, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activity and pipeline development using CRM tools. Report regularly on forecasts, risks, and opportunities.



Key Accounts Manager | Fit Out and Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and generate new leads to expand the company’s portfolio in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Tender & Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with estimators, designers, and project managers to prepare proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide feedback to the leadership team.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery capabilities.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline activity using CRM software, and regularly report sales performance to senior management.
