Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Immigration Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, sales, or immigration consultancy backgrounds looking to grow their careers in the Gulf’s fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic immigration advice to clients for work, study, family, and visit visas.
• Assist clients with document preparation and application submission.
• Book appointments and maintain follow-ups with clients regularly.
• Maintain accurate client records in the company database.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Meet individual and team targets set by management.
• Stay updated with immigration rules, requirements, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy, telesales.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes is an advantage;
• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
