Touchline Sport Academy is expanding and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

If you're someone who actually enjoys selling, hits targets, and wants to work in the sports/education space rather than a generic corporate environment — this might be for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating and converting leads into student enrollments
  • Hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Managing digital marketing activities
  • Handling inquiries, follow-ups, and parent communication
  • Supporting events and partnership development
  • Maintaining sales reports and tracking performance

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in Sales or Marketing
  • UAE market experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Background in education, sports, or services is a bonus

The deal:

  • Full-Time
  • Fixed salary + performance-based commission
  • Based in Dubai
