We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting our full range of commercial kitchen equipment and services to clients in the HORECA sector. This is a field-based role, with the primary responsibility being to generate new leads, meet potential clients, and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals effectively, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular reports to the sales manager. Work closely with the design, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution from sales to installation and service.
