We’re Shajarat AlTaiba , a well respected and upcoming name in the UAE’s dates, date by-products, and foodstuff distribution scene (think quality products you’d find in major retailers).


Business is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Executive to really own the wholesale, hypermarket, and large supermarket channels across Dubai and Sharjah.


If you’re the kind of salesguy who thrives on building real relationships and achieving targets in the fast-paced FMCG world, you should contact us.

Here’s the deal:


Your Commitment: You’ll be the face of Shajarat AlTaiba for key accounts, think major wholesalers and big players like Lulu, Carrefour, Spinneys, Nesto, Al Madinah group etc., across Dubai and Sharjah.


Your Mission: Grow our business within these accounts. Spot opportunities, negotiate deals, manage promotions, and make sure our products are performing brilliantly on shelf. It’s about nurturing partnerships and driving sales.


The Grind: You’ll be out and about (expect plenty of time on the road), building rapport, solving problems, understanding buyer needs, and making sure orders and deliveries run smoothly, and hitting the targets every month. We need someone who’s proactive, not just reactive.


You’ll need:

* A solid 5+ years of relevant FMCG sales experience under your belt, specifically dealing with wholesale and large modern trade (hypermarkets/supermarkets) in the UAE or Gulf. (Seriously, this bit’s non-negotiable, you need to understand this landscape inside out).

* A proven track record of smashing targets and building strong, lasting client relationships.

* Top-notch negotiation skills and the commercial savvy to spot an opportunity a mile off.

* Brilliant communication – fluent English is essential. Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic, a massive bonus.

* Self-motivation is key. You’ll be managing your own territory, so you need to be self-motivated and organised.

* A valid UAE driving license.

* Knowledge and respect of the UAE trade and civil laws and regulations, in order to operate in the territories.

* Knowledge and relationship with key accounts in these markets, a major plus point.
