1. Sales & Customer Service
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits via test drives and showroom presentations.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process including financing options, insurance, and accessories.
• Prepare and finalize vehicle sales agreements and documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Product Knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product features, trims, specifications, warranty, and services.
• Attend product training sessions as required.
• Understand competitor offerings to present comparative advantages.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, test drives, and sales in CRM systems.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
4. Vehicle Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate with the delivery team and service center to ensure smooth PDI (pre-delivery inspection) and timely vehicle delivery.
• Conduct proper vehicle handover to customer and explain key functions and ownership basics.
5. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain relationships with customers for future sales, referrals, and after-sales service.
• Handle complaints or refer to the Sales Manager when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales (UAE experience preferred).
Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and energetic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
