Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the construction industry, specifically with civil and MEP contractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with civil and MEP contractors to understand their project requirements.
- Propose and promote suitable solutions aligned with client needs.
- Market and sell a wide range of construction machinery, tools, and site-related building materials, including (but not limited to):
- Concrete vibrators, shafts, trowels, floats, screeds
- Concrete spacers, binding wires, steel/wire nails
- Polypropylene sheets, polythene sheets, and other relevant materials
- Leverage an existing client network and bring potential leads to the company upon joining.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: research upcoming projects, connect with site supervisors, procurement officers, and purchasing teams, secure orders, and follow up on successful deliveries and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction sector in the UAE, preferably with civil and MEP contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and materials.
- Established network of clients in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Must be available to join immediately.
