App Activation & Downloads:
Convince customers to download and activate the mobile application.
Ensure minimum daily download targets are achieved (starting from 15 per day).
Outdoor/Indoor Campaign Execution:
Participate in scheduled campaigns in malls, streets, corporate offices, labor camps, and other public areas.
Set up kiosks, distribute flyers, and engage with walk-in traffic to promote app downloads.
Customer Interaction:
Approach and interact with potential users politely and professionally.
Explain app features and benefits clearly to customers.
Field Reporting:
Submit daily activation/download count and feedback from the field.
Report any campaign issues or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
Brand Representation:
Represent the brand in a positive and energetic manner.
Wear campaign uniforms (if provided) and follow appearance guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with team members and campaign supervisors for smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions or team meetings as required.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Help customers with app-related issues during download or activation.
Guide users step-by-step through app registration, if needed.

Ability to explain product/app features clearly and convincingly

Quick learner, adaptable to different campaign types (indoor/outdoor)
Fluency in English is required; Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic is a plus
Previous experience in field sales, promotions, or activations is an advantage — but freshers with the right attitude are welcome
