  • Identify and qualify new service opportunities within assigned accounts through proactive engagement, site visits, and relationship-building.

  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, service agreements, and scope of works that clearly articulate value, service levels, and costings.

  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate pricing, resource planning, and timely mobilization for new and existing contracts.

  • Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and negotiations, securing long-term commitments to support business growth.

  • Support bid responses and tender submissions for maintenance packages, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.

  • Respond promptly to client service issues, coordinating investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with technical teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records, contract documentation, and CRM entries to support forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, site reviews, and industry events to promote services and gather market intelligence.

Essential Skills – Commercial, Technical & Communication
  • Account Management: Proven experience managing service contracts and maintenance projects with a focus on client retention and revenue growth.

  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, FLS, HVAC, and preventive maintenance practices.

  • AMC Experience: Demonstrated success managing Annual Maintenance Contracts and executing long-term maintenance projects.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in preparing proposals, pricing services, and negotiating contract terms.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client presentations, contract management, and internal coordination.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems; familiarity with CMMS or mobile workforce tools is advantageous.

Problem Solving – Service Delivery & Operational Judgement
  • Assess client issues and service failures quickly, propose practical corrective actions, and coordinate resources to restore service levels efficiently.

  • Balance commercial and operational priorities when negotiating scope changes, pricing variations, or service-level adjustments.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service data, identifying recurring faults, and implementing preventive measures.

  • Manage multiple account demands and deadlines, making timely decisions and escalating appropriately to meet contractual obligations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, HVAC, Fire Protection, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance account management, technical sales, or service delivery within fire protection, FLS, building services, or facilities management.

  • Proven track record in managing AMC contracts, preventive maintenance projects, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Knowledge of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance regimes, and relevant standards/regulations.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites in Abu Dhabi and participate in out-of-hours escalation if required.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous but not required.
