Ruwad Management Trainee Program is about building future leaders. The 24-month journey is suited to ambitious Emiratis who see themselves at the forefront of banking and role-models for our country’s future generations.

Programme features

• 12-month secondment at one of our partner organisations
• On-the-job experience working in high profile Emirates NBD departments and projects
• Training from premium universities and organisations including INSEAD and PwC
• Individualized learning path, coaching and performance reviews
• Regular networking opportunities with senior executives across Emirates NBD
• Open to all UAE Nationals with no or very limited work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors)
