4. Ensure that his subordinates are properly equipped, and equipment issued or allocated is correctly used and maintained in a safe and effective manner.
5. Responsible for maintaining safety of site for both his crew and others needing access to it.
6. Investigate any grievances of his subordinates in order to try to determine the real cause of difficulties and handling them appropriately.

• Good standard of written and spoken English
• All offshore safety training requirements
• 8-10 years experience in the field of rigging activities of offshore oil industry.
