Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced
Resident Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage civil works on building construction projects (G+4 / G+5) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE consultancy experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress on site.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor civil works on-site according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority regulations.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, and discipline engineers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and attend project coordination meetings.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience working with an Engineering Consultancy.
- Hands-on experience in G+4 / G+5 building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and construction regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
