To provide students with hands-on experience in food product and packaging development within a real industrial environment at Kraft Heinz.
Interns apply scientific knowledge, sensory evaluation, and packaging development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support consumer-focused innovation.
The program connects academic learning to the journey from idea to shelf, delivering safe, high-quality food people love and trust.


WHAT YOU''LL DO:


  • Coordinating processes for NPDs supporting packaging technologist on ground for Innovations, VE & ESG projects to be implemented at GCC copackers
  • To responsible for the specifications & artworks of packaging materials ensuring that the specs are kept accurate and up to date
  • Support CCX department in all functionality tests related to packaging NPDs
  • Execute packaging technical benchmarking & functionality testing supporting CCX department
  • Support sensory evaluations by preparing samples, organizing tasting sessions, and ensuring all tasters follow the correct methodology.
  • Assist in setting up and coordinating product testing sessions (napping, QDA, triangle tests, consumer tastings, etc.).
  • Help document tasting feedback, compile results, and update sensory databases or trackers.
  • Manage samples storage and preparation for R&D.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation slides, tasting summaries, and project reports
  • Assist in organizing sensory training sessions for employees and helping screen potential tasters

WHAT YOU''LL BRING:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Or Chemical) / Material Science
  • Work Experience: 0-1 years in Packaging Development
  • Language Knowledge: Proficient English
