Job description

Location: Dubai Regional Office, UAE

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Office Manager to join our Dubai Regional Office.

We are looking for a highly organised, polished, and proactive individual to be the operational heart of our Dubai Regional Office. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining office management, Director-level PA support, day-to-day IT assistance, and front-of-house responsibility for VIP visitors and senior stakeholders.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a Regional Office Manager where your focus will be:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the Regional Office, ensuring it is always professional, well-stocked, and welcoming
  • Maintaining stock levels for office supplies, food, beverages, and stationery, proactively managing replenishment
  • Setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing calls (Teams, Zoom) and providing first-line IT support for printers and office technology
  • Providing comprehensive PA support to the Regional Directors, including complex international travel bookings, visa coordination, and diary management
  • Handling ad hoc administrative requests from Directors with efficiency and discretion
  • Acting as the first point of contact for VIP visitors, board members, and senior stakeholders — ensuring a warm, polished, and brand-consistent welcome experience
  • Coordinating the logistics of senior visits including scheduling, room setup, catering, and guest requirements

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in an office management, PA, or executive assistant role, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office 365 and video conferencing platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues
  • Experience booking and managing complex international travel arrangements for senior leaders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle a varied, fast-moving workload with composure
  • A highly professional presentation with experience meeting and greeting senior stakeholders and VIP visitors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • High degree of discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters appropriately
  • Previous experience working in the UAE or a similar international environment is desirable
