Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations in the UAE.
