Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients interested in acquiring high-end properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their real estate goals, and delivering customized solutions
- Supporting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Developing and maintaining your own network of buyer leads to contribute to company growth
- Conducting in-depth market research, evaluating projects, and staying informed on market trends
- Utilizing the company’s CRM system for effective task management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market with strong market knowledge
- Expertise in the primary off-plan property market
- Demonstrated success in premium off-plan property sales
- Native proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi, with fluency in English
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to foster strong client relationships
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle considered an advantage
Salary:
AED 30,000 to 130,000 per month, including fixed allowances.
