We are expanding our team and looking for driven individuals to work with warm, high-intent real estate leads in the Dubai market. This is a performance-based, long-term opportunity for people who want to grow into a real estate partner not just work a job.
What you’ll be doing:
Engage with pre-qualified clients, understand their needs, follow up consistently, and close high-ticket real estate deals.
What we provide:
Warm inbound leads (no cold calling), access to top developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Dubai Properties), and structured training designed to help you succeed in real deal environments. No real estate background is required—only drive, consistency, and willingness to learn.( developer training happens both online and offline regardless you must be in Dubai to participate)
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role where you earn 40% per deal closed, typically ranging between $8,000 – $80,000+ per deal depending on performance and property value.
Partnership Model (Key Difference):
We operate on a long-term partnership approach. We provide you with leads, training, and closing support. As you grow, you also contribute by bringing in opportunities and leads. After training and consistent performance, you transition into an independent partner with greater autonomy and increased earning potential.

Important:
This is a 100% commission-only role with no base salary. We only work with individuals who are serious about performing at a high level.
