We are seeking an experienced Senior Quotation Engineer to join our Middle East Engineering Team in Dubai, UAE.

As a Senior Quotation Engineer, for Medium Voltage Power Distribution (MVPD) products, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and competitive quotations to our clients worldwide in accordance with customer technical engineering specifications and Eaton's procesudres and guidlines. Your primary focus will be on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, ensuring a seamless technical and commercial experience by translating complex technical requirements into accurate, competitive and value-driven quotations.

As a Quotation Engineer for Busway systems, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and technically sound quotations for customers across the Data Centre, Industrial, and Commercial & Institutional (C&I) segments. Your primary responsibility is to analyze customer requirements, interpret project drawings and specifications, and prepare optimized LV busway configurations and proposals in accordance with Eaton’s standards, processes, and commercial guidelines.

You will collaborate closely with Country Sales Organizations, Plants, Application Engineers, Product Management, and Business Development teams to ensure high-quality, timely quotations and provide technical and commercial support throughout the pre‑sales cycle. This role directly contributes to Eaton’s growth by enabling fast, reliable, and customer‑centric tender responses within the EMEA region and beyond.

• Deliver high-quality quotations within agreed timelines, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.
• Interpret and analyze customer specifications, single-line diagrams, layouts, and load schedules.
• Prepare optimized LV busway configurations, routing concepts, bill of materials, and pricing in alignment with company procedures and cost guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Organizations, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and competitive positioning.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, design constraints, and commercial conditions.
• Ensure quotations comply with applicable standards.
• Stay informed on market and competitor offerings and use this insight to improve quotation competitiveness and technical positioning.
• Provide timely technical and commercial support to front-end sales teams throughout the pre‑bid and post‑tender phases.
• Manage multiple quotations simultaneously and prioritize workload according to business needs and tender deadlines.
• Maintain accurate quotation records, follow established workflows, and ensure adherence to Eaton’s pricing governance and approval processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying cost‑out opportunities, process efficiencies, and feedback for product enhancements.
• This role primarily focuses on LV Busway quotations due to the strategic growth of the product line, while also supporting other MLVS product quotations when required.

• Minimum BSc preferably electrical engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of LV Busways
• Understanding on MV Switchgear and Transformers is a plus
• Insightful understanding of relevant market segments, such asData Centre, Industrial, and Commercial & Institutional (C&I)
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in an additional language such as Turkish or Dutch is considered an asset.
• Commercial acumen.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
