Job description


Duties:
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
  • Conduct quantity take-offs for villa refurbishment and residential fit-out projects
  • Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
  • Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and completed works
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with UAE contractual and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in the Dubai construction market
  • Proven experience in villa refurbishment and residential fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial practices
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Immediate availability preferred
