Within this segment, Eaton has an opening for a Quality Manager – Global Data Center Segment. This position is a senior, globally accountable leader that is leader responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the end‑to‑end quality framework for post‑order execution across Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment.
Operating within the Post Order Center of Excellence (CoE), this role ensures that quality is designed into execution—not inspected in after the fact—by establishing global standards, assurance mechanisms, testing rigor, and process discipline that scale across regions, customers, and service offers. The position plays a critical role in enabling consistent, reliable, and repeatable customer outcomes while supporting Eaton’s growth with hyperscale and colocation data center customers worldwide. This role is based in Dubai, serving as a global coordination hub, and works across regions, time zones, and functions to drive a “one Eaton” quality mindset for post‑order delivery.
