We're recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer for one of our clients, who is a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:
Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Dubai, operating within a regulated manufacturing and distribution environment. The company is involved in the production and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products, adhering to UAE health authority regulations and internationally recognized GMP standards. With a strong focus on compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence, the organization supports both local and regional markets through structured processes and skilled technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide QA support for shop floor and warehouse operations
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor
  • Conduct validation studies in line with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the qualification and re-qualification of equipment
  • Issue, review, and approve batch manufacturing and related documentation
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform batch document reviews and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR)
  • Maintain and control reference samples of finished products
  • Carry out sampling and QA acceptance for regular products and imported finished goods
  • Monitor daily GMP compliance across shop floor activities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant computer applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
