Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC. 
For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.



Job Description
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and handling disputes to protect company interests
  • Managing change orders, claims, variations, and potential disputes to ensure timely resolution and minimize financial impact
  • Liaising with technical teams, project teams, legal departments (as necessary), and management to ensure project deliverables are aligned with contract requirements.
  • Reviewing contract documents and correspondences
  • Drafting letters, including but not limited to, contractual letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Keeping and maintaining records, correspondences, documents, data, and information relating to the company
  • Monitoring contracts and subcontracts for any extension, renewal and close-out
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company standards.
  • Performing other contract-related duties as necessary

Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering /any related field 
    • 2-3 years of experience in construction / Oil & Gas projects.
    • Familiarity of FIDIC and bespoke contracts.
    • Proficiency in MS office, Project related experience. 


  • • Good negotiation and communication skills.
