Implement and monitor the project-specific QA/QC plan and procedures
Ensure all work complies with internal quality standards, project specifications, and relevant codes
Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to QA/QC protocols
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken
Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved material submittals
Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality-related documents
Supervise and conduct inspections at various stages: fabrication, installation, and finishing
Coordinate third-party inspections and testing as required
Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and quality reports
Prepare and submit daily/weekly QA/QC reports to the Project Manager
Ensure that all relevant QA/QC documents are updated and maintained in compliance with ISO standards
Coordinate with the project team, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants regarding quality issues
Support the site team in resolving technical issues related to materials, methods, and quality
Attend quality meetings and participate in site progress reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in the aluminium, glass, or façade industry
In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and construction industry codes
Familiarity with façade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, structural glazing, ACP, etc.
Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes is a strong advantage
