QA/QC Manager – Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractor

A leading Tier 1 Interior Fit-Out Contractor in Dubai is looking to appoint an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control across a portfolio of prestigious high-end fit-out projects throughout the UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-driven construction professional to join a market-leading business delivering luxury hospitality, commercial, retail, F&B, aviation, and high-end residential interiors.

The Role The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s quality management systems across all projects. Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that all works are delivered in line with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems across multiple fit-out projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, materials, and approved standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Manage inspections, testing procedures, snagging, and close-out processes.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality matters.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain project quality documentation.
• Support project teams in achieving successful project handovers.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the business.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong experience working on high-end interior fit-out projects in the GCC.
• Previous experience with Tier 1 contractors preferred.
• Excellent understanding of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and fit-out finishing quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of materials, workmanship standards, and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE experience is highly desirable.
