Job description

To ensure the highest quality of raw materials and finished cement products by implementing QA/QC procedures and conducting regular quality checks throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-process and post-process quality inspections.


  • Sample raw materials, clinker, and cement products to ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.


  • Support the implementation of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.


  • Maintain accurate records of quality data and assist in root cause analysis for product failures.


  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues promptly.


  • Assist in developing quality assurance documentation, SOPs, and test checklists.


  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and measuring tools.



Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and test procedures


  • Freshers or 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC (preferably in cement, concrete, or construction material industry)


  • Industry-related experience is a definite plus.


  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement)


  • Basic understanding of cement composition and concrete quality testing (preferred)


  • Familiar with tools such as slump test, sieve analysis, and compressive strength testing


  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills


  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment
