We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. This role will play a key part in managing procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of materials, and supporting the smooth operation of the business. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods, materials, and supplies required for operations.


  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.


  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast requirements and manage budget allocations.


  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.


  • Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.


  • Track shipments and deliveries, addressing discrepancies or delays as needed.


  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements
