We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, goods, and services necessary for the production process, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency.

Procurement Management:


  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies essential to the plastic manufacturing process (e.g., polymers, additives, resins).
  • Maintain a database of suppliers and vendors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Purchase Orders:


  • Prepare and process purchase orders based on production requirements and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.

Vendor Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate terms of contracts and pricing to achieve favourable conditions for the company.

Inventory Control:


  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
  • Work with production teams to forecast material requirements and plan procurement accordingly.

Compliance and Documentation:


  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working with raw materials like plastics, resins, polymers, additives, or similar materials is a plus.
