Job description

  • Assist clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and property values.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the negotiation and closing processes.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and contracts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about local and national property laws and regulations.
