Project Manager-MEP

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Contracting experience to oversee and manage projects in the construction industry.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, for MEP projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP contracting, with a focus on managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
