Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale hospital construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare , deep knowledge of local regulations, and a proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end execution of hospital construction projects from mobilization to handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, healthcare standards, and international best practices.
- Oversee procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost control measures.
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes across all project phases.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of hospital facilities, including specialized medical systems.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role on large-scale healthcare or hospital projects.
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of hospital design, MEP systems, and medical equipment integration.
- Familiarity with local authority approvals (e.g., DHA, DOH, MOH).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management expertise (FIDIC experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience delivering LEED-certified or sustainable healthcare projects.
- Prior experience with design-build or EPC project models.
