Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale hospital construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare , deep knowledge of local regulations, and a proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of hospital construction projects from mobilization to handover.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, healthcare standards, and international best practices.
  • Oversee procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost control measures.
  • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes across all project phases.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
  • Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of hospital facilities, including specialized medical systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role on large-scale healthcare or hospital projects.
  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital design, MEP systems, and medical equipment integration.
  • Familiarity with local authority approvals (e.g., DHA, DOH, MOH).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management expertise (FIDIC experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience delivering LEED-certified or sustainable healthcare projects.
  • Prior experience with design-build or EPC project models.
