Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards



Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and specifications.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and present them to stakeholders for approval.
    • Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
    • Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Implement and enforce safety and quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Handle any changes or issues that arise during the construction process, making necessary adjustments to maintain project success.
    • Communicate project status and updates to clients, management, and project teams.
    • Resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project progress, implementing effective solutions.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work follows project plans and specifications.
    • Ensure the efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    • Prepare and submit project reports, including financial reports, to company management.
    • Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.

Requirements:
    • Arab National holding Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
    • Proven 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
    • Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Experience in Construction of Multi-Storey buildings including shoring and basement.
