Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and present them to stakeholders for approval.

- Communicate project status and updates to clients, management, and project teams.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project progress, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work follows project plans and specifications.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including financial reports, to company management.
- Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Requirements:
- Arab National holding Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in Construction of Multi-Storey buildings including shoring and basement.
