Production Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi

A Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role requires strong leadership to manage workforce performance and optimize production processes.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
  
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
  
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff for optimal performance
  
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
  
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
  
• Prepare daily production reports and performance analysis
  
• Handle workforce allocation, shift planning, and attendance
  
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
  

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
  
• 3 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
  
• Prior experience in supervisory or team handling roles preferred
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Good understanding of production processes and workflow management
  
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, production systems)
  
• Effective communication and coordination skills
