A Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing or production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and team efficiency are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of production processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production schedules are met within quality and cost targets.
Monitor machine performance, workflow, and manpower allocation.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and performance logs.
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Train, guide, and motivate production workers and technicians.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Ensure proper usage of raw materials and reduce rejection rates.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–7 years experience in manufacturing or production environment.
Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
Knowledge of production planning and process control.
Understanding of quality standards and safety practices.
Basic technical knowledge of machines and equipment.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
