The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and the ability to manage teams, resources, and timelines to maintain operational excellence.
Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet output targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Implement productivity improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and UAE labor standards.
Analyze production data and generate performance reports for management.
Manage workforce allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain inventory control for raw materials and finished goods.
Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience working in UAE or GCC manufacturing environments preferred.
