Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Product Specialist who will transform cybersecurity capabilities into scalable, revenue-generating managed services delivered through our Telco partners in the UAE. This role goes beyond traditional product management. The Product Specialist will shape how managed security services are designed, packaged, launched, and scaled through Telco channels — bridging technical capability with commercial success.
Responsibilities
Drive the rollout and evolution of Telco-enabled managed security services such as DDoS, SASE, MDR, and WAAP.
Act as the main product contact for Telco partners, aligning technical integration, operations, and commercial models.
Define service packaging, pricing structures, SLAs, and launch readiness criteria.
Support go-to-market activities, sales enablement sessions, and key customer engagements.
Work closely with Engineering and SOC teams to ensure services are scalable, high quality, and continuously improving.
Track performance, adoption, and revenue contribution, and recommend improvements where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Product Management within cybersecurity, MSSP, Telco, or cloud services.
Experience working with Telco operators or large service providers in the UAE or GCC.
Strong understanding of managed services and recurring revenue models.
A practical understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, cloud security, or threat detection.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
